Pricing
All products are quoted and invoiced in Japanese Yen, and do not includ transportation.
Exchange rate fluctuation will be to the advantage / risk of the buyer.
Prices are effective from April 2015, and we reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Payment
Full payment must be received no later than 7 days after invoicing date in Japanese Yen.
All transfer charges must be borne by the buyer, so amount received by DOGUSAN must match perfectly the amount on the invoice.
Transportation
Transportation costs are not included inside our prices. Seperated quote will be given depending the country of destination.
Returns & Credit Notes
Every effort is made to dispatch our goods in perfect condition. However, we must be informed within 48 hours of delivery for claims or damage.
No credit notes will be issued after this delay, and until the validity of the claim is established
